Holiday requests (travel planner): name, email, phone, travel dates and preferences. Purpose: preparing and sending the proposals you asked for and following up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in follow-up (Art. 6.1.f).

Purchases (checkout): name, email, phone and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card data. Purpose: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b) and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

Job applications (work with us): personal and contact details, languages, availability, free-text answers and CV. Purpose: evaluating your application. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a), given via the dedicated checkbox in the form.

Requests and orders: up to 24 months from last contact. Unsuccessful applications: up to 12 months from submission. Order tax records remain in Stripe as required by law.

Supabase (database, West EU - Ireland), Resend (transactional email, USA — standard SCCs), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting). No sale or sharing with third parties for marketing.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (GDPR Arts. 15-21). Write to info@nativiaibiza.com: we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain, Garante in Italy).
